Canton ( Has this ship sailed already?)

Hampden

Patterson Park

Upper Fells Point

Belair-Edison

Frankford

Riverside

Highlandtown

Washington Village/Pigtown

This could be either buy and hold, or fix up live in it for a while refinance move on or even a straight fix and flip. What are the oppurtunities of AirBnb in Baltimore also?

Thanks

There's a lot of opportunity in Highlandtown right now.  They have a nice business district and prices are more affordable than nearby Canton.  That whole stretch from Fells to Highlandtown has really grown in the last decade.
