Baltimore gosection8.com almost 2000 listings!

Hey all - I have seen posts on here indicating there are no new vouchers in Baltimore and existing voucher holders are playing musical chairs with their residence.  I was just on the gosection8.com site and there are a MASSIVE 1935 listings!  Clearly there are more landlords willing to accept section8 than tenants who have vouchers.  For those in the "know", is the approx 1900 listing number pretty constant or is this something that has occurred because there are no new vouchers?

There is a lot of competition for voucher tenants, but once they are in I've found that they will stay as long as your a decent landlord.  @Matthew Paul is correct though that you have to have a few upgrades in order to attract the best tenants.
