How to find list of property tax liens in Baltimore County, MD

Howdy, just wondering if anyone knows how to go about finding a list of properties in Baltimore County that have tax liens. I found the county's current pdf of properties scheduled to go to auction due to unpaid taxes but for direct mail purposes I would assume it would be better to mail them before it gets to that point. There's obviously some timing involved here.
