Seeking Ideas For new business in West Michigan

I am seeking information to help me start a new business, and would like the feedback from the BP community. I am in the west Michigan area and am looking for the products or services that you as real estate investors find difficult to find and you need. I have a background in remodeling and am a licensed contractor in Michigan but nothing is off the table so let me know anything that you would like to be able to outsource easier even if it isn't related to construction work.
