Paying for "value" properties list

I am a Realtor in Mesa AZ and I have been offered an opportunity to "own" the rights to a scrubbed list of properties in Phoenix metro. I can use, sell it, give it away, sell advertising space on it etc.

I have been receiving the list free for a couple of months and have signed up many clients and colleagues up for the free list. It is a good rendering of below market properties throughout the valley.

I like it for my uses and hate to lose that, the monthly price is just over what I comfortably want to pay.

My question is: how useful would something like this be to an investor who is purchasing multiple properties a month? Is there a market for selling subscriptions at say $10-20 per month. This is not an offer for sale. I just want to get a feel for the audience before I decide.

Thank you.
