New Tax liens Investor in the DMV

Thanks for your time. I'm a new Tax liens, deeds investor in the DC, MD, VA areas. I would love to have the right guidance/mentor..

@Leon Larkin Virginia sells tax deeds but they selk very few.  My understanding is DC is not worth doing. That leaves MD. In MD expect interst rates to bid down to 4% on anything decent. Prices are bid up to 70-80% of assesed value, which means if the property you foreclose on is not in great shape you could easily lose money. 

There is a lot written here on BP about tax sales,  including a lot of detailed information about MD tax sales. Do a search and set up a keyword alert for tax liens.
