Could write a book on this one.

I have a contract for deed right now where I am getting fined on a daily basis because borrower has junk in the yard and I keep getting fined because I am on title but I have no way of cleaning it up as I cannot

Now say I own other assets in that county I will. It be able to close on them because they will see I have violations against the company that they then stick on all your assets.
