Just wondering if anyone has discovered a website that will check the status of utilities? If they are on/off and possibly who's name is on the account.

Good question. That would be a great resource.

We would have a better understanding of the property. With that quick knowledge that home's utilities are off we make quick and mindful decisions while protecting the home through different methods. It is understood that privacy is a right.

Is this the cheap way to check occupancy?In general, no. Customers are entitled to their privacy in all states. Curious what you would do if you did indeed find that a utility was turned off @David Putz ?
