Request for information

I'm a complete newbie to RE investing.  I've discovered various cash flow opportunities outside of RE.  Now I'd like to learn about RE notes, etc.  What are some good online sources of basic information about notes?

Hi Fred,

Unfortunately there isn't much out there in the way of free information.  Papersource has a blog that can be informative on certain aspects.  I have published a number of blog posts on BP with the intention of providing some basic information for those who are new to notes.  You will need to do some digging from there and ask questions on the BP forum, or pony up for some expensive guru training.

I always recommend starting with a performing note to gain some experience in a relatively safe way, then move into deeper waters if you care to, with some experience behind you.
