Note Portfolio Software
I'm looking for some suggestions for mortgage/loan portfolio tracking software or spreadsheet solutions. I'm looking for a few specific things.
- Scalable from 25 to 100+ Loans
- Loan-Level and Portfolio Analytics (present & historical)
- Multiple servicer connectivity or CSV import
A lot of what I see out there are geared towards servicing. It seems to be overkill since I am not servicing. I've checked into the "Note Dash Board" and that is one that seems to be servicing centric. I've also looked into NoteWerx which I believe is much better, but the reporting seems limited.
Any suggestions you can come up with would be greatly appreciated.
