Hoping to Get Some Insight Buying Nonperforming Notes in Alaska?

Hi All!

I have been doing some research on buying/investing in nonperforming notes and I am unsure of how to go about obtaining the lists of the notes that are for sale. I was hoping that someone could provide some insight on what the process would be for obtaining a list from a financial institution, and where I should start.
