Feedback on FCI Exchange?

Hello all,

I'm new to the notes industry, and hoping to pick your brain a little.

I've been listening to Czarina Harris's podcasts on notes investing, and came across FCI Exchange.

Have you bought or sold on this exchange? if so what are the advantages and disadvantages? Would you recommend any other exchanges or refer any note brokers?

I'm set up with PPR already and enjoyed many of Dave's articles.

I used them to buy. Pretty good process.

They will escrow funds until all the original loan docs get delivered to them & will release funds to the seller if you confirm. So this is an important part of the transaction to get all original docs.

Due diligence process is on you so you better know what to look for.
