Is it time to adjust your Note Investing Acquisition Strategy?

All you hear is that inventory has dried up.  Me personally, I’ve been working harder on expanding my network and going after larger take downs.  I’m also looking at other Non-R/E Note opportunities.

What is the rest of the Note Universe doing?

Rested our own note channel 5 years ago. Over 1600 notes and counting for our clients. Deal flow is no issue. Our clients have notes presented to them
They spend zero money or effort in note acquisition. Many I don’t think factor in time effort and cost in their returns
