Capella Mortgage in Las Vegas
I'm thinking of investing in some notes with Capella Mortgage. I know they've been around for quite a while, and I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences they have had dealing with them, either as an investor or a borrower. They are a hard money lender in Las Vegas.

Had an occasion to be in Vegas a few years back and tried to set up a meeting with these people. They couldn't find a time in a 3-day span to meet so wrote them off. I suppose it is a personal thing but, am always leery of anyone dodges a face to face. Agree they have been around for a while and seem to be on the up and up but, other options available.
