House that is owned by a bank
Hey guys!
I Need an advice where I live theres a house that is owned by HSBC, the county records showed them out of IL in live in
AL , they owned the house since 2009. my question is when they usually put in on my the market after they took over?
and more important can I contact them and try to buy the note or the mortgage?? thank you!
