Hello. I'm an investor in Gary, IN and Chicago. Right now I'm involved in buy and holds. I'd like to learn how to wholesale notes. If someone on here is an experienced note wholesaler, I'd love to JV with you. I'll do all the hands on work and split my first few deals 50/50. Thank you.
