Defense against squatters in a liened AL property
I just received a call from a neighbor to one of the properties I have a certificate on . He told me he just spoke to a man who was in my formerly locked gutted house and he was told that the gentleman was planning on buying it from a realty company and moving in in a few weeks. I am out of state and was wondering if any of you more experienced investors had any advice? Thanks very much!
