Do you know where we can download an Affidavit for Subsequent Payment Form for the State of New Jersey Tax Lien Payment(s)? 

We hold New Jersey Tax Lien certificates from 2018 which have not been redeemed. Unfortunately, we were unaware how to make the quarterly payments on the delinquent 2019 charges so they went unpaid by myself (Lien Holder) as well as the property Owner(s). As a result, the properties have accrued outstanding charges for all four (4) quarters of 2019. We need to pay asap before the properties [2019] liens interest goes back to Auction next month (late Dec. 2019).

Call the County tax office. They should be able to help you get your taxes paid.
