@Dena Bennett I am not specifically familiar with Bob Dimond (Tax Sale) blueprint.com.

I am very familiar with tax liens. Tax liens are a legitimate investing strategy. However it is nowhere near as easy, simply or risk free as promoters suggest. 

Yes I have made life changing money with tax liens. However that was over a 15 year period. Right now tax liens are very competitive and the returns have been driven way down and the risk has been driven up. 

In theory you can buy houses for pennies on the dollar and get tremendous profits or high interest rates. However due the the competition this is the rare exception these days. 

I don't know how much Bob charges for his course but you can get a lot of free information about tax liens right here. There have been a ton of posts about them.
