We just bought our first rental property and are looking for someone that might be willing to share their lease agreement with us. I thought it would be best to start in the Minneapolis forum since they are state specific.

I'd make sure you include the city rental rules as an addendum to your lease from the police department.

@Kristine Eickman I recommend you sign up for ezlandlordforms.com, they have state specific leases, not to mention a ton of other legal documents you'll most definitely use.
