St Paul Minneapolis move out clleaning maintenance turnover he

due to health reasons I personally can no longer turn over units for new tenants to move in. I'm wondering if anyone has a company  or know of a company that does this?

Have you consider running a Craigslist ad  for a caretaker. or maintenance person under the real estate job headings. I've found qualified people .
