Paying $250 for market research participants in Kansas City area
Hello! I'm a member of Bigger Pockets in Colorado Springs. I have a duplex in Manitou Springs and recently sold a 4-plex in Colorado Springs. My day job is doing marketing research. Interestingly, one of my clients wants to conduct some research in the Kansas City area with folks who own rental properties. Specifically we are looking for folks who:
- Own anywhere from 2-200 units
- Have been involved in owning rental properties anywhere from 1 month - 40 years
- Own single-family or multi-family properties or both
- Own properties in urban or suburban areas
We need only 4 participants and we will pay $250 in cash at the end of the research interview. We are looking to conduct the interviews in person July 19 and 20, in the Kansas City or outlying area. We will come to your office. Your involvement would be: complete a 15-minute exercise before we arrive and then we will interview you for an hour. This is legit. This is not a sales pitch or a gimmick. We won't ask about any confidential information. We will ask questions about being a business owner. If you are interested, please let me know.
