Move out cleaning/repairs help needed

Hi gang - I'm in Ireland for the summer and have a vacancy in my KCMO duplex.  Can anyone recommend a good handyman/contractor that can assist with the move out repairs?  If you are one just let me know and I can forward the move our inspection so you can see scope of work.  Pretty minor stuff: painting, hanging towel bars, repair toilet, repair door hinges, caulk in wet areas, replace broken door, replace broken outlet covers.  thanks for any help!
