Independence - college street thoughts - PMs
Hi All!
I highly consider purchasing properties for BUY&Hold in Independence KS MO (64050), specifically in E College street.
Can anyone share his thoughts on how bad crime rate there? would you consider that a warzone? type D neighborhood?
