Looking for information
I have joined a couple of meetup groups, one being the Southside Investors, but the first meetings aren't for a couple of weeks. In the meantime I'm still trying to find some people to talk to. I'm in STC and chesterfield. Interested in wholesaling, flipping and possibly buy and hold eventually. Wondering if I should get a real estate license? Any advice?
