Looking to buy rental property with good price to rent ratio.Any suggestion on where to look & what to look for?I am an out of town newbie investor. Anyone w experience in this & who has good property mgmt co to recommend?Anyone familiar w the S Louis MO rental market?Pros & cons?Is appreciation there not good, only cash flow is good?
