I have done one live, fix, and flip deal, and I now want to take that cash to implement a buy and hold or possibly a BRRRR strategy. I'm interested in what other St. Louis Metro investors are using as their property criteria when looking at properties. What has worked for you, or where would you suggest I look for my next deal?
