Offering "Free" Rehab Labor in STL Area
Hello Local STL Investors,
I am grad student at WashU and am trying to learn as much as I can about rental property investing/rehabbing. I thought I could offer "free" labor for anyone in the area who are doing their own do-it-yourself rehab projects. I have little experience with fixing up properties and I am willing to offer labor in exchange for rehab experience or any RE investing advice/mentoring that you could provide me. While I am in no place to invest right now, I am trying to learn as much as I can about rental property rehabs, fix-and-flips, BRRRR strategy, etc. I figured hands on experience with local do-it-yourself rehabbers would be a great way to learn as well as help out others in the area.
