Those of you that live in/around the Saint Louis area, can you refer your CPA/Tax pro to me?  I have sold 2 homes this year so I need some capital gains tax strategy for 2021 on top of some advice on how to structure myself as I pursue growing my portfolio in 2021.

There are a couple of tax deferral strategies when selling real estate but they normally have to be set up prior to the sale.
