Anyone ever build storage units in the empty basement of their multifamily? Who did you use? What type of material did you use? I'm thinking of building this for the tenants' use.
I've done this in a couple duplexes. One of them went well, for a couple grand we put up walls that allowed air flow and a dehumidifier and it rented fairly quickly. The other one took months and multiple price drops to get it rented. Boy was I wrong about that. I don't know what the difference was other than the one that struggled was in a much smaller town. I guess people have more land and space to store stuff and didn't need it.
