I'm looking for a recommendation for a civil engineer in Omaha. I'm in the beginning stages (closed Monday) of getting a residential duplex rezoned to commercial and would like the assistance of a civil engineer. Should be a very simple project for them as we aren't altering the layout or overall structure at all. There are plenty of companies that come up but figured a personal recommendation would be better.

I just did this up here but we used a Commercial Architect who did an amazing job as the building was pre 1960's. He signed off & stamped the analysis & upgrades we completed to meet current codes. The Billing Inspector(s) et al accepted it especially since he also presented a detailed analysis of the property & it's idiosyncrasies to qualify for the 6 units.
