Realtor recommendation for Newark NJ

Good evening, 

Could someone recommend a great realtor for Essex County(Newark, NJ) area? I am looking for multi-unit property(2 family +) with minimum 8 bedrooms, with 2 car garage, and basement. Price: 225K - 450K. I'd prefer to work with a professional experienced in multi-unit investment(She or He is an investor) properties and very knowledgeable of the city of Newark. I am a motivated buyer, pre-approved, and ready to close a deal ASAP.
