Brooklyn Opportunity Zone Investing?
I've been reading about the opportunity zones and was curious if anyone had any experience investing in these zones in Brooklyn? Any insight you could share about the process would be appreciated.

agree with previous comments. the OZ incentives provide great tax advantages, however you have to substantially improve the property if buying an existing building. that means 2x your investment to qualify.
