Land for Development Options
Good morning,
I have some colleagues that are looking to develop a 1 acre tract of land in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte and I am trying to see what options are available to them as far as development is concerned. The owners are not looking at selling, but rather retaining the land and using it as a means of retirement income.
