Hey everyone,

Long time lurker and learner who moved back to Charlotte recently and started my first direct mail campaign in Gaston County.

I would love to connect with others in the industry in Charlotte who are doing flips, BRRRR's, and wholesaling in the area.

Personally, I'm focusing on value add flips and BRRRR's (where the numbers work) in East Gaston County and am working towards getting my first deal under my belt. Sending 1100+ mailers for 6 months, driving for dollars, and connecting with wholesalers in the area.

If you're open to grabbing coffee, beer, or lunch, let me know!

Jim,

I'm looking for BRRRR's. I do analyze my deals so that's there enough meat left on the bone to wholesale it to another investor, if the cashflow does not meet my requirements, or if I can not get it rented before my acquisition loan has matured. I probably will do some flips in the future.

I'm definitely going to check out Resimpli. Have you had any responses from your direct mailings yet?
