I'm looking for a RE agent in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. I am pre-approved and ready to move on my 2nd property. My current agent is great, but is fairly busy because of the hot market. I am looking for someone that can bring me deals that meet my criteria and know the area well (also a plus if you invest too).
