Need portfolio lender recs-- who do you use?
Looking for a portfolio/commercial lender to re-fi a few rentals and potentially put a few more under contract with. I've talked to a few with differing terms, at this point just weighing my options.
Ideally, looking for 5-10 year ARM with 20-30 year amortization but w/ no balloon payment. Do these exist? So far only finding places with balloon payments (which I'd like to avoid if possible).
Would also be open to a fixed rate but kind of using those as back-up options for now.
Recommendations would be super helpful! Thanks!!
