Looking for real estate agent in Raleigh/Charloette area
Hi BP members I am new to BP and still newbie in real estate investment. I don't live in Raleigh but excited about the growth this area has seen.
I am looking to diversify my investment and want to buy my second rental investment property in this area. Looking for referrals for real estate agent and or property managers who have experience to work with remote investors and can provide valuable information on neighborhood, cash flow, tenant quality etc.
