Seeking Investor-Savvy Broker in Greater Raleigh Area

Hi,

Long-time North Carolina native but new to real-estate investing, looking for an investor-savvy broker who is familiar with the greater RTP area.  I understand the Raleigh area is hot / competitive, so open to branching out into surrounding communities to find good investments.

I'm planning to attend some TREIA meetings, but in the meantime, would appreciate any referrals to outstanding brokers.
