Columbus rent growth top 5 across all asset classes in Yardi Report 2024
did anyone else see this? In the latest Yardi multifamily report nationally from January 2024 Columbus Ohio was in the top 5 not only for year over year rent growth but also month over month rent growth. Great to see! Lot's of other midwest cities on here but crazy to see New York City and then Columbus as we normally aren't compared to cities like that.
