2% Rule in Columbus, Ohio

I was curious if anyone has had experience in the Columbus area with what the correct percentage number is for rent on their investments? 2%, 1.25%, .75%, etc... of the purchase price? In the beginning stage of my REI journey and just starting to get a lay of the land. Thank you in advance for those that read and respond! Cheers

The answer would depend a lot on the neighborhood in which you want to invest. 1% might be great in Grandview, but you’d probably want 2% (or more) in the Hilltop or Linden.
