Areas to invest in Columbus

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to invest in Columbus, Ohio and would like to get your input.

My current strategy is Buy&Hold, I'm not familiar with the area yet so I'm seeking for some advice,

I'm looking for single family house with at least 3 bedrooms and 1000sqft with an asking price of up to ~90k.

Planning to buy around 3 houses in the coming year, could you please direct me to areas that suites my budget?
