Hi Everyone,

I am a newer investor out of Cleveland Hts, OH. I have some rental and rehab experience, but I am looking to hone my skills. I particularly want to learn how to get the most of a rehab, in terms of scope, managing contractors and exit strategy. My current goal is to get to 10 rentals.
