Looking for a GC who can quote on a duplex rehab
Hi all,
I am a Dutch real estate investor living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
I have a first duplex under contract in East Cleveland, Ohio, right on the border with Cleveland Heights.
I am currently looking for someone who can help me with a quote on the rehab work. I am happy to provide a reasonable fee for the quote.
