New Multifamily Investor in Cleveland Area

Hello, 

I am new to biggerpockets but I am currently looking for a duplex to buy in the Greater Cleveland Area. I have conventional financing and have my LLC set up. I have been looking for duplexes for about a month and have not had much luck (Get beat out by investors or the ones on the market need serious rehab).

I am looking for advice on how to find properties that are reasonably priced without having to bid site unseen. Thanks!
