Investment property, Paseo

Hello all, 

My wife and I are looking to buy a property in the Paseo District in OKC. The house is in pretty bad shape. Floors/foundation, windows, siding, plumbing, electrical, and the roof are questionable and probably in need of repair.

We would appreciate recommendations for licensed professionals that can give us some solid quotes on these issues!
