Hey everybody! Just wanted to show face. Just a little info about myself, lived in Tulsa for about a year while I was in grad school, now looking to play professionally overseas.After listening to podcast after podcast Ive been thinking about potential places to househack for my first property next year, and I thought Tulsa would be a good spot!

Tulsa is on many investor's radar, which is causing our market to heat up; inventory is pretty low, and we are all beating the bushes for properties right now. What will you be playing overseas?
