Need tax attourney or accountant for flipping and rentals

Hii everyone, I am from Philly and have done a little real estate here before but making the switch to full time for now. I am now interested hiring accountants or lawyers who have experience working with real estate investors and are familiar with best practices to reduce taxes and protect investments. Does anybody have any recommendations? Thanks.

@Mark Adler My advice is to check into the accountants and lawyers currently on BiggerPockets. Set up some calls and find the ones that are experienced, personable and fit your needs.
