Commercial Financing in Philly

Hi, All! I'm looking for financing for a residential duplex in the city. I plan to buy the property under an LLC to protect my personal assets from any liability associated with the investment property. Has anyone had positive experience with a commercial lender in the area? I've been in discussions with Meridian Bank. Has anyone had experience with them? Thanks!
