2-4 Unit Multi Family LLC Refinance Rates

What rates are people paying to refinance a small multi family property once it's leased up? 30 year fixed preferred. 

Property is a 4 unit rental in West Philly, purchased in an LLC, for which I've found at least 1 or 2 lenders that will work with an LLC. Rehabbing has just recently begun.
